Overview

Food and Drink is usually provided by Versatile. However, if your company is interested in sponsoring pizza/soda for a particular meeting, please send an email to the advisory board: advisory@harrisburgjug.org.

Standard Order

The standard food and drink provided by Versatile is pizza and soda, respectively. The quantity ordered is usually dependent our "educated guess" on how many people are going to attend the meeting. However, we typically order closed the following, expecting an attendance of around 20 to 25. You should aim for the pizza to be delivered around 5:45pm.

The standard pizza order is:

2 plain
2 pepperoni
1 sausage
1 mushroom/veggie
All pizza sizes are large.

Concerning drink: If there is enough soda in the fridge, we usually stick to the cans. Otherwise, we order 2-liter bottles of:

1 Regular
1 Diet
1 Root Beer
1 Sprite or equivalent
